What you’ll be doing:

SCP Health’s Digital Marketing Specialist is the company’s primary resource for digital media content and management. Plans and implements search engine optimization strategies to elevate SCP in the marketplace for greater searchability and results with paid advertising. Executes marketing campaigns through all SCP’s digital platforms. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, and manage all digital-related projects.

  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of all content for the company’s primary website. Administers website personalization tactics and optimization in collaboration with agency & marketing content team.
  • Works alongside agency and marketing content team for search engine marketing optimization (SEO). Implements SEO updates to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Responsible for development, implementation & monitoring of all digital tracking codes, including but not limited to metadata, UTM codes, content tags, custom URLs,
  • Oversees the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) to effectively promote SCP’s culture, provider and corporate jobs, events and conferences, and clinical thought leadership to drive awareness and lead engagement and conversation.
  • Responsible for formatting and executing targeted Pardot weekly email & digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Lead Nurture series, Sales Engagement series, Drip series) aligned with business goals.
  • Creates reports on marketing key metrics: conversion rates, web user engagement & rankings, campaign results, social performance
  • Oversees and ensures proper company-wide web-based systems integration functionality, social media integration, dynamic job and event postings, and lead collecting and reporting.
  • Coordinates with agency and marketing content teams to implement engaging, relevant, and informative content across all digital media channels.
  • Works with the content team to maintain a marketing asset inventory
  • Stay up to date with digital media developments. Conduct regular audits to ensure best practices are being used.

Who/What we are looking for:

  • You have four years of experience in a Digital Marketing role with strong knowledge of Marketing principles and channels with direct experience creating multi-channel campaigns
  • You have experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and comprehensive understanding of all social media platforms
  • You have proficient experience with Pardot, WordPress and Salesforce
  • You have experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and experience with video-editing software is a plus
  • You have knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • You are resourceful, and can multitask, work independently, and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • You build rapport easily with diverse people at various levels within the business and to develop alliance to work together toward common goals
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field of study
