We sell through our websites, Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and several other marketplaces. As a member of the Operations Team, you will work directly with Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain Teams to manage and maintain our robust global supply chains during mass production.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website & marketplace performance data to uncover meaningful insights (overall trends, clickstream, pathing, UX)
• Develop and manage comprehensive digital reporting that includes the website, search, paid media, social media, email and SMS
• Maximize value by driving A/B multivariate test insights & key take-aways through comprehensive final report analysis, including high-level test summaries, learnings, and new insights
• Partner with marketing teams in turning ideas into test plans, gathering and defining requirements, structuring hypotheses and defining success metrics
• Deliver deep-dive analyses of mid- or post-campaign performance and ad hoc requests to put forward hypotheses and recommendations for future initiatives and programs
• Provide recommendations to improve conversion, identifying and reducing frictions in customer paths
• Configure Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar, Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, etc
• Measure site usability/effectiveness, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data, results and best practices
• Analyzing e-Commerce sales performance, measuring onsite tests, mining data from multiple sources, and identifying opportunities to grow the e-Commerce business
• Identify, develop and track KPI’s across all channels of digital marketing

Qualifications

• Highly productive: This role is intended for somebody who will take meaningful responsibility and initiative for our business metrics
• A structured thinker: Understand the key drivers to our business and identify how to modify them to improve business metrics
• Experience with BI tools
• Experience with SEO and SEM
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency using Tableau
• Understanding of SQL
