Diagnostic & Preventive Services Communications Coordinator Job at Signify Health
How will this role have an impact?
The DPS Communications Coordinator will work as part of the team to communicate lab/test results to members. The position will work closely with Operations Manager, and Product Coordinators to ensure all communication is timely and accurate.
This role will report to our Operations Manager, Diagnostic & Preventive Services.

What will you do?
- Communicate with members to provide lab results & monitor email/voice mails for any missed correspondence using call scripts.
- Fax/Email/Mail lab results to providers/clients upon request.
- Troubleshooting with providers having system, product or inventory concerns/issues.
- Work with Product Coordinators to appropriately route troubleshooting inquiries that could not be resolved.
- Communicate with providers to report their individual member results and data.
- Coordinating member appreciation gifts to be sent/delivered appropriately.
We are looking for someone with:
- Oral & Written Communication: The ability to ensure that information is passed on to others who should be kept informed using multiple channels to communicate important messages.
- Interpersonal Awareness: The ability to notice, interpret, and anticipate others' concerns and feelings, and listen attentively to their questions/concerns.
- Customer Orientation: The ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying one's external and/or internal customers.
- Experience working in a call center is a bonus.
- Basic computer skills with MS Office, Cisco Finesse (call program on computer) & Google suite platform.
- Business Integrity: Ability to follow all legal and policy requirements for HIPAA protected data.
- Fluently speak, read and write Spanish is a plus
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask
