POSITION: Development Operations Assistant
RESPONSIBLE TO: Manager of Development Services
SALARY: $ 17.51 - $ 20.14
ON-SITE/REMOTE: 80% on-site, 20% Remote
SCHEDULE: 20hr/week, in the office during business hours three days a week with two being Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Possible some weeks are 100% from office depending on departmental needs.

DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT SUMMARY: To support Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountain’s (PPRM) programs and services with funds secured from individuals, foundations, corporations, federations, and government entities; to strategically build a strong financial base for PPRM’s future; to educate donors regarding PPRM’s programmatic goals and align interests with PPRM’s needs; to provide good stewardship to PPRM’s donor constituency; to enhance PPRM’s public image; to encourage inclusivity in all parts of PPRM. This position is hourly, non-exempt, and temporary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
~ Enthusiastic and dedicated team player; ability to support PPRM’s mission.
~Minimum of one year experience in an office environment, including use of computer, printer, copy machine, with reliability and great attention to detail.
~ Must be versed in Microsoft Office;
~ Must be detail oriented and have strong organization and time management skills;
~ Preferred experience in Raiser’s Edge;
~ Able to work flexible hours. This is an in-office position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
~Processes all incoming donor mail, scans donor checks with accompanying documentation, and coordinates donor requests as needed
~Prints and mails donor acknowledgements
~Enters gift records and donor records
~Supports the Data Operations team to achieve desired goals
~Other duties as required
~Participates in abortion services (participation can include referrals, information, education, counseling, performing, scheduling, etc.)
COVID-19 Vaccine & Booster: PPRM requires that all employees are fully vaccinated and boosted as a condition of employment. An employee is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the second dose of a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) or one dose of a single- dose vaccination (Johnson and Johnson/Janssen). The COVID-19 vaccine booster shot is required by the first day of employment, or five months after receiving the final dose of the original vaccine series, whichever is later. Proof must be uploaded upon starting. You will upload a picture or pdf of your vaccination card(s) on your first day of orientation.

Flu Protocol:
All employees working directly with patients or working in a health center will be required to have the flu shot or wear a mask during patient contact or while in the health center from October 1 – April 30 each year (Flu Season). The flu shot will be available to health center employees in the health center in addition to being able to seek the flu vaccine externally through the medical plan or reimbursement.
