Designer Appliances is the New York Metro region's premier appliance retailer. We are currently seeking an Appliance Showroom Sales Representative.

You will receive a highly competitive salary plus commission, 401K matching program, as well as a great benefit plan for medical and dental. We provide a great work environment, with no high pressure cold calling.

We are currently seeking applicants in our Bedminster location but open to candidates interested in our Montclair location as well.

Responsibilities: Aid customers in locating and purchasing merchandise in store, on www.designerappliances.com, as well as, processing special orders via phone or in person. Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by Designer Appliances standards. Execute daily operational, sales goals and priorities assigned by store management.

Income potential: We anticipate the first year income to be between 75k-135k and 135k to 150k+ after the 2nd year for committed sales representatives.

Qualifications: A passion for customer service. A great attitude and the willingness to learn. Ability to work in a team environment. A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction. MUST have pleasant demeanor and professional image and appearance. Must be able to commit to weekend. Desire and interest in home design and trends. Background in sales a plus. 1-3 years’ experience working with customers face to face preferred. We will train you on everything else you will need to become successful.
