Dental Practice in downtown Jersey City is looking for a motivated Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join the team! Come support a team of general dentists, hygienists, and specialists in a friendly setting. You will get to expand your knowledge and grow your career!
We live by a patient centered approach and believe that dental health checkups are a crucial part of proactively treating patients’ health and well being. Our offices not only educate patients on proper preventative care, but also provide cosmetic and restorative dentistry services as well as Invisalign.
The Front Desk Receptionist should be well versed in all aspects of:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Answering phones and greeting patients
- Providing assistance with patient medical history forms
- Scheduling appointments
- Posting payments to patients account
- Verifying Insurance
Qualifications:
- Dentistry office experience
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Self Motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
