Job Summary:

PSL is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a delivery driver. If you have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping, receiving, or delivery coupled with a commitment to great customer service, this is the position for you. You'll travel locally to deliver materials to job sites, while staying close to home and having nights and weekends free.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver product from our warehouse throughout the local area, which includes unloading of product.
• Shipping, receiving, storing, or moving material within the warehouse, loading dock, yard, or storage area.
• Moving goods and materials within the warehouse, yard, loading dock, or storage area by forklift
• Drive and operate company vehicles to load and unload products at worksites safely by following all safety rules.
• Delivering to/picking up materials from vendors, suppliers, customers, etc., using company-provided trucks
• Preform and log all pre and post-trip inspections, fuel vehicles as needed, and report any problems or issues to the supervisor.
• Comply will all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations.
• Assists Warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
• Safely operates pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Building maintenance and/or clean-up as determined by Supervisor
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• At least one (1) year of driving experience
• One (1) year of warehouse experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• General computer skills
• Must pass conditional post-offer background investigation, MVR screen, and drug screen

Physical Demands

• Ability to move around the warehouse
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 75 pounds.

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 DOE
