LHGS has full and part time RN positions available for our day shift. Your purpose as our nurse is to assure the safety of our residents, maintain continuity of care, and strive to maintain each resident at their highest level of function available.
Day Shift runs from 6AM to 6PM with a weekend and holiday rotation.
Our Current Day Shift Rotation are 12 hour shifts and operate like this:
Full Time Day Nurse Rotation 1: Work 4 days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Off 5 days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Work 2 days: Monday, Tuesday. Off 3 days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Repeat
Full Time Day Nurse Rotation 2: Work 4 days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Off 2 days: Monday, Tuesday. Work 2 days: Wednesday, Thursday. Off 6 days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
Education: North Dakota RN Licensure Required
Salary Range: $26.56 to $34.71 depending on experience.
- FT Sign on Incentive is $10,000
- PT Sign on Incentive is $7500
- Paid Shift Differentials for weekend hours and worked between 2PM and 6AM and Additional Shift Pickup Pay
Our generous benefits include: Competitive Wages with Shift Differentials, Paid Time Off and Sick Leave, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, Life and Supplemental Insurance, Reduced Employee Meals and Reduced Rent. *Sign on Incentive may Vary By Shift and is paid out quarterly in a 15 or 24 month contract. Full Benefits package offered to all FT and PT permanent staff who are scheduled at least 20 hours per week.
