REMOTE OVERNIGHT INSTALLATION SUPPORT IS NEEDED!

Pay Rate: $15.00-$18.00

Overnight Installation Support staff facilitates timely and thorough preparation for installation crews to achieve objectives each night; and follow up to ensure accurate and thorough collection of data and other pertinent information each morning. A thorough understanding of brand response, Amazon requirements, program parameters, and timelines will be necessary. The role requires a focus on satisfying Amazon’s objectives with excellent service to their Delivery Service Partners who are essential to the success of their promotional branding and diligent pursuit of 100% completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, is comfortable with technology and diligent to complete daily tasks. Required/Preferred Experience Responsibilities include: • Communication with Amazon station personnel, installation crews and GMR staff • Familiarity with dates, throughput, and timelines for completion of Amazon objectives • PM shift receives from ARS and confirms nightly detailed SOW to installation crews • PM shift facilitates coordinate installer, GMR staff, station and DSP communications, posting installer arrival in Chime • PM shift sends end of shift report to AM shift and ARS • AM shift monitors and ensures collection of completion data from each active location • AM shift contacts crews at each active location for nightly status, including feedback to improve throughput • AM shift submits nightly detailed completion data and issues to ARS for each active location • Promptly escalate issues with appropriate internal and external teams • Proficiency in brandRESPONSE • Understand and articulate Amazon requirements for work at Amazon sites • Promote positive work environment by seeking solutions to challenges

Front Half AM Support – SUN-WED 3am-11am. Front Half PM Support – SUN-WED 3pm-11pm. Back Half AM Support – WED-SAT 3am-11am. Back Half PM Support – WED-SAT 3pm-11pm

Requirements:

• Experience executing time sensitive tasks • Proficiency in Office applications, especially data related • Ability to learn new technologies for program management • Ability to coach installers in brandRESPONSE • Excellent verbal communication skills • Ability to work with co-workers in a team environment • Strong work ethic, on-time, and highly dependable team player
