The Data Manager will manage the function and integrity of information systems used within Goodwill’s Services Division. This person will help ensure essential, accurate, timely, and understandable data is collected and distributed as needed.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD:

· Ensure data systems are organized and secured, while making information available to those who need access.

· Provide data system training and support.

· Build reports and create dashboards to help guide Goodwill leadership.

· Assist with development of key performance indicators.

· Develop and implement procedures for effective data collection and management.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a field consistent with meeting the Data Manager’s job functions, or comparable experience.

· At least one year of work experience in data management, data analysis, or other administrative functions; with excellent math, Excel, and analytical skills.
