Job Description
We are seeking professional, detailed, and customer service oriented individuals for Data Tax Entry for the 2023 tax season. These positions are Seasonal and will be from December 2022 – May 2023.
Job Description Data Tax Entry:
- Input all financial documentation into proprietary tax software
- Interview clients to confirm accuracy of information
- Provide off-line support to office staff and tax preparers
- Ensure client confidentiality and privacy
- Paid Training Included
- Answer 50+ calls in a fast paced tax office environment
- Set customer expectations while providing exceptional customer service
- Provide client correspondence via telephone, mail, email and fax
- Ensure client confidentiality and privacy
Data Tax Entry Qualifications
- Experience with Ultra Tax software (preferred)
- College degree (preferred)
- One year experience in Accounting, Finance, CPA or Tax Preparation environment (A Plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively financial information to clients and staff
- Minimum of 60 WPM preferred
- Computer Proficiency (basic computer skills)
- Previous Data Entry experiences a plus!
- COVID-19 Vaccine is required
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
