Job title: Data Entry
Duration: 2 – 3 months contract
Location – Palo Alto, CA
Vaccination mandates - yes
Working: 8 hours/day - Monday to Friday
This would be a limited time and scope project for data entry and digital filing. This project would organize digital files, including naming to a specified naming structure, upload them to a web-based software organize appropriately by a specified filing structure and add digital meta data to the files. There are approximately 65 folders of data that need to be addressed, with approximately 300-500 files per folder. It is estimated to take a maximum of 90 days to complete the project with one dedicated person. This task can be accomplished in a hybrid work environment.
Skills that we are looking for:
- Exceptional computer navigation skills and can accomplish the following tasks rapidly and repetitively: typing, renaming files, and moving files to and from different locations fluidly in a system
- Attention to detail is critical
- Ability to quality check and verify accuracy is necessary
- Ability to find data in a document quickly
- Ability to understand basic file structures
- Ability to apply a thematic rule to all files of specific types
- Understanding that this is a very repetitive project/task
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
