SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED:
Client is seeking a detail oriented short term Data Entry Associate to assist our supply chain risk management team. We are looking for an individual who has excellent attention to detail, high organization skills, strong work ethic, ability to solicit and collect information from points of contact within a company, and ability to operate within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Contact identified points of contact to collect information tied to our client's suppliers
- Identify and execute streamlined processes to ensure quick and accurate vendor data inputs.
- Complete high volume tasks within a set deadline.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1+ years of related work experience
- 1+ years of experience with tracking and manipulating data in excel and customer service/project management related activities like following up on requested information.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and a self-starter
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
