ICI Services is looking for motivated individuals who want to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Lead ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment on the cutting edge of Surface Navy developments. ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment to government customers.

Security Clearance:

  • Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance and be eligible for certification in accordance with DoD 8570-01-M/DoD 8140 as appropriate

Position/Job Description:

  • Utilize IA tools to support design, development, procurement, integration and testing of unmanned and autonomous subsystems.
  • Support Cybersecurity Engineering efforts.
  • Perform cybersecurity risk assessments IAW NAVSEA Instruction 9400 Series (Implementation of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Afloat Information Assurance (IA) Governance and Guidance) on all assets and associated networks.
  • Support, plan, prepare, review and Validate Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages for unmanned and autonomous vehicles and systems as directed by NSWC PHD 200. This includes developing and implementing plans for risk management and internal controls, related cybersecurity strategy to include anti-tamper efforts and all programmatic, risk, contractual, testing, logistical, RMF strategic planning, RMF metrics for a portfolio of systems, RMF-related SOP, and related technical efforts as required.
  • When tasked, provide cyber support in Cyber T&E events, including scenario development, Tabletop Mission Cyber Risk Assessment and/or Cyber Table Top, and/or alternative risk assessment methods.
  • Develop, collect and report cyber metrics as required by the government and enter them into an approved standard tool or provide distribution as required.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5 or more years practical experience in a cybersecurity, engineering, T&E or A&A (formerly C&A) related field.
  • Experience with IA tools such as Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
  • May be required to attain Full Security Control Assessor qualification.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in a Technical or Managerial discipline. Degree requirements may be waived with additional experience and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
