We are looking for someone skilled with helping new customers download and use new hardware/software.
Can you work with business owners over the phone while guiding them through hardware setup (similar to describing/using Apps on an iPad)?
If so we welcome you to join our Activation team here at our local Irvine, CA office!
Responsibilities
- Activation – Walking through the hardware setup of new customers (app based programs)
- Data Entry – Responsible for accurately transferring data between systems
Skills
- Microsoft Products, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Salesforce Database
- Gamer type attitude and love to work with systems
- Data Entry (beginner)
- Able to navigate through multiple Apps and show how they work
You will be a great fit if you have experience with Administrative, Training, and Onboarding Positions and Work well in a team dynamic supporting your co-workers to achieve the same goal!
Must Haves
- Computer literate, ability to navigate multiple websites and apps
- Great phone etiquette
- High school diploma
- 1+ years in an office/administrative role
- Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment, remain positive and collaborate with other team members!
