The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for helping with internal and external customer needs. You will also assist with other administrative functions and report to the Administrative Manager and Head of Administration.

What you will do this role:

• 
  Answer incoming calls for multiple locations
• Greet customers and notify the individual they are there to see
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and assist with returned mail by contacting customers for their updated information
• Update customer information within the appropriate systems
• Manage office supply levels, including office supplies as well as breakroom and restroom supplies, and send order to Administrative Manager as needs arise
• Assist with customer account credit holds, including contacting the customer, emailing or mailing invoice copies, and setting up payment as needed
• Update all equipment records for new installs with appropriate coding
• Process customer requests
• Assist customers with account setup with SumnerOne online payment portal (eInfo)
• Research and resolve external customer inquiries
• Assist Sales team with proposal design and presentation as needed

To be successful in this role you have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in an office environment preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
