Job Title: Customer Service Representative (multiple)
Pay Rate: $12/hr (W2 contract)
Location: Tampa, FL 33617 – onsite
Shift: 20 hours / week - Shift times nights and weekends
DESCRIPTION:
Receive, record and respond to customer or consumer inquiries/feedback using database tools and documented best practices in order to provide improved service performance and/or to capture and report data to internal/external users.
Requirements:
· Customer Service experience in corporate environment preferred
· Associate degree or higher preferred
· Good computer skills
