Join the Pink Jeep Tours team as a Customer Service Representative at the Grand Canyon! In this fun, fast paced environment you will meet customers from all over the world and play an important role in the start of a customer’s tour adventure with us.

We have one immediate opening, and openings that start late January and mid-February.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Available for weekends and holidays
• Able to work a variety of shifts between 7am and 9pm
• Available to work 10 hour shifts on your feet
• Proficient and accurate computer and data entry skills
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Work well in a team environment

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Greet customers checking in for tour reservations in a friendly manner
• Discuss tour options with new customers and book tour adventures
• Possess knowledge of all tour offerings at the Grand Canyon
• Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
