Day to day

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that customer's inquiries via phone are answered appropriately and timely while at the same time protecting the confidentiality of the customer.

  • Efficiently address AG, Golf & Turf and AGCO Plus customer needs through answering inbound customer calls, responding to customer emails and voicemails
  • Accurately quote payoffs
  • Take payments by phone
  • Assist with requests for account updates including but not limited to: address changes, due date changes, payment applications to shorten the terms of the loan, opt-out preferences and deceased debtors
  • Provide up to date financial information on customer accounts
  • Act as a first line on addressing customer concerns with their accounts and as a liaison between customers and other departments
  • Identify and research customer concerns and complaints
  • Research lien, title and insurance request
  • Complete credit reference request
  • Process request for loan documentation including but not limited to: payment histories, amortization schedule, contract lease agreement, payoff letter, interest paid letter, Invoice copies, copies of Paid in full and lien release forms

Support Digital Transformation: Ensure customers have access to their loan information as quickly and efficiently as possible via the customer portal

Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Some experience within a telephone call center.
  • Experience within the financial services industry preferred. Technical/Functional skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding and ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Knowledge of the leasing industry preferred.
  • Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
