This opportunity is an IN-PERSON position, not a remote/hybrid job.

Manufacturer and Online Retailer looking for a Customer Service Representative in a fast paced, phone and email heavy call center for our Web Sales and Repair Center, located in our Corporate Offices. Experience in Watches or Jewelry would be beneficial, but not mandatory or even expected.. We will train the right candidate.

We have a standard work schedule of 9AM to 5PM with paid 30 minute lunches. Overtime is given when needed, but it is not often or consistent, and is always optional.

We would like the candidate to have some retail experience, either in-stores or over the phone. We need agents who have strong communication skills and will be able to solve customer issues efficiently, and eventually, with minimal supervision or assistance. Being able to work independently is necessary as it is a busy office! The candidate will be answering customer calls, emails, and messages via chat and other social media channels.

Ideally, a top candidate would be completely versed in Microsoft Office, Shopify e-commerce platform, Ebay, Ship Station, and other business applications. Knowledge of USPS, Fed-Ex, Sales Taxes, International Shipping, ERP and CSM software would be a bonus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
