We are located in Granbury, TX. In Office and Remote positions available. Remote worker must provide their own equipment (see below for details), and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.

We are looking for team members to join our company. Hours must be flexible including evening and weekend availability, and experience in Customer Service is a plus!

Technical Requirements:

- Crazy phone skills - You have got to have a natural ability to talk to customers and a pleasant phone voice
- You need to be able to show up on time every day with the attitude of a WINNER
- You need to be prepared to multitask, using dual screens while keeping up conversations with customers
- Minimum typing speed 35wpm
- Some college preferred but not required
- Remote applicants must provide their own computer with at least 8GB RAM, 256GB hard drive, Intel i5 or equivalent processor, two screens, and reliable high-speed ethernet internet connection
