Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives in Cheektowaga, NY to join their team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Your Day:
- Billing/invoicing
- Monitor account activity
- Resolve account discrepancies
- Prepare account review for management
- Communicate through email, phone, and fax
About You:
- Must have customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Goal-oriented
- Good with computers
Shift/Pay-Rate:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- $16 /hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
