Customer Service Representative Job at IKM Insurance Agency
We are currently seeking someone to work full time in our Harvey Cedars, NJ location. If you are a self starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are detail oriented and dedicated to customer service, then this is your opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
* Answer the telephones in a professional manner
* Provide quality assistance and customer service to existing customers and new customers
* Process high volume of paperwork in computerized environment.
* Navigate company websites
* Respond to requests from insurance companies as well as customers
* Assist customers in making payments
* Complete necessary follow ups and workflow transactions in a timely and efficient manner
Job Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and writing skills
* Must be computer literate with good typing skills
* Must have good organizational skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Must have a positive attitude, willingness to help others and be a team player
* Must be strong at multi-tasking and detail oriented
* Must be Dependable
We will consider someone with a Property & Casualty Insurance License (full time or part time) or we will provide training to the right candidate to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
