As a Customer Service Representative you will be an active listener while authenticating information provided for the purposes of funding consumer, short-term personal loans. Our contact center is a fun dynamic environment where you will earn attendance and performance-based bonuses. As a CSR you will be working as a team to meet daily goals, initiating contact, and following up with customers while providing exceptional customer service.

What you’ll do as a Contact-Center Customer Service Representative:

• Verify and process loan applicant information
• Follow-up on all customer requests via phone, SMS, chat, and email
• Apply a professional attitude and image for our customers
• Recommend process improvements. We listen to YOU!
• Provide a high level of service to our customers to ensure they understand the loan process, and to create referrals
• Perform other functions as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Customer service experience including servicing the customer via phone
• Excellent professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
• Willing to work in a Team environment
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work independently
• Computer savvy
• type 30 WPM
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Access to reliable transportation

Shifts available:

Various shifts available. (We are closed on Sundays)

Pay and Benefits:

Competitive pay depending on experience with performance bonus. Medical, dental and vision benefits available including 401K Base pay is $15/hr. with opportunity to earn an additional $400 per check for good attendance and achieving KPI targets. This would bring your hourly rate to $20.00 per hour!
