Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote

Job Status Full – time

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Customer Service Rep, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. You will need to work in real-time to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a polite, positive tone that is in line with our CBDistillery team voice.

CORE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in policies and procedures.
  • Review and make changes to customer accounts.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer records.
  • Addressing and resolving “tickets” and “calls and voicemails”, including but not limited to refunds, defects, shipping issues, stock issues, order problems, discount issues, customer questions, etc.
  • Quickly and effectively responding to emails, comments, complaints, and questions.
  • Continually works towards self-development to stay current on Customer Service, Sales, and procedures and practices.
  • Always acting and responding to customer issues and/or inquires in a professional and effective manner.
  • Other tasks as needed.
  • You will be required to work EITHER a Saturday or a Sunday. The work shift will be either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.

  • Must be flexible with changes in responsibilities and schedule.
  • Review and update this Role Description as job duties change or as requested.
  • All other duties as assigned by the CEO.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred)
  • 1+ years of related experience in responsible management roles
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to meet required goals and quotas
  • Solve customer problems
  • Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot
  • Must acquire exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and adequately resolve problems
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Punctual, reliable and dependable individual
  • Hands on commitment to getting the job done
  • Excel and basic computer literacy

Salary Range: $45-55K, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
