We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Florida 2-20 licensed preferably) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain customer records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
- Cross sell existing clients, offer multiple lines of products

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
