Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative for a Logistics Company in the Seattle, WA

Pay rate: $23.50 PH

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8am - 4:30pm

Summary:
Represent the company in a professional manner to their customers, vendors, and general public, completing and coordinating all office functions in regards to customer service, daily workflow, and quality of work with the corporate office department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail, processing outgoing mail
  • Issue purchase orders and maintain purchase order long and files
  • Keeping track of inventory
  • Heavy phone volume and data entry
  • Ensuring all P.O's are correct in system
  • Dispatching drivers to correct location
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, word, outlook and WMS (warehouse management system)

Knowledge and skills:

  • Possesses excellent customer service experience
  • Must be able to communicate both written and verbally in English
  • Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 per hour

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administrative/CSR: 2 years (Required)
  • Logistics and/or Transportation: 2 years (Required)
