One of the main aspects of the job will be answering calls from our customers sometimes at very high volume and consistently delivering the absolute best customer service experience. In this role, you will be required to coordinate the schedule in the most effective manner, supervise the routes and status of appliance repair technicians, update job statuses accordingly, respond to all inquiries related to ETAs, document notes in job records, schedule part installs, follow up on pending calls, answering incoming calls and send estimate request on pending jobs.
- Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
- Good follow-through ability; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
- High-spirited, responsible, and hard-working!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong routing skills
- Knowledge of Baldwin and Mobile County
- Team player who can work independently
- Ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and personalities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
