POSITION SUMMARY

Under limited supervision, responsible for building greater communications among internal and external customer. Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies. Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee design, development and implementation of long term, value added initiatives such as RBOM improved service to sales.

2. Interact with management to discuss possible improvements to customer service provided.

3. Provides help and advice to customer, concerning the organization’s products or services;

4. Handles customer complaints or any crises, such as security issues or customer being taken ill.

5. Maintains accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

6. Ensures accurate refunds or compensation to customer

7. Keeps ahead of development in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide indirect supervision to none.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area, and at least 7 years of experience in the field.

* Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

- Work requires basic ability to provide outstanding customer service.

- Work requires ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions.

- Work requires ability to maintain accurate information in database and troubleshooting

- Work requires basis computer skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed primarily in an office and/or classroom setting. Work requires up to 30% travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
