We are now hiring ambitious, motivated individuals to work with the team and assist with insurance verification, documentation retrieval, patient intake, administrative tasks, and continuous communication to ensure we are meeting our client needs. Our entry-level customer service position within our Managed Care Services department provides you with the opportunity to learn and grow in:

  • Maintaining patient files with accuracy and efficiency according to departmental procedures
  • Delivering effective and continuous communication across multiple means such as phone, email, and text - demonstrating an ability and willingness to handle clients in both routine and more challenging conversations with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Conducting eligibility screenings on insurance benefits and co-payments; Re-verifying benefits and obtaining authorization and/or referral(s) prior to processing order.
  • Upholding clinical compliance as regulated by health plan guidelines.
  • Processing transactions accurately by verifying, part numbers, quantities, shipping instructions, and etc.
  • Navigating computer to toggle between multiple screens and systems.
  • Maintaining product and service knowledge in an often-changing industry.
  • Utilizing time wisely to complete assigned tasks before the end of the scheduled shift to support company and departmental vision.
