CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE DUTIES:

• Provide superior service to our customers
• Field incoming phone calls, assist customers' inquiries, and document the conversations
• Field call back requests, emails, and other communication and follow-up with customer as needed
• Make outbound calls to customers to verify various details regarding their contract
• Assist customers with repayment options and address any concerns

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be Fluent in Both Spanish & English
• Past Customer Service or Call Center preferred
• Detail orientated
• Problem resolution focused
• Positive attitude
• Empathetic and patient
• Proactive communicator

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE OFFICE LOCATION:

• In-Office, 628 Roosevelt Road, St. Cloud, MN

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE HOURS:

• Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Every Other Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE COMPENSATION:

• Up to $21/hour, Starting Pay Based on Experience
• $2,000 Sign On Bonus, Based on Bilingual Skillset
