We are an up and coming manufacturing company with demands growing every day and we are looking for an ambitious, motivated and skilled Service Coordinator/ Warranty /Customer Service Rep to add to our team!

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Perform take offs / estimates using house plans
• Order window/door items.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers to coordinate service calls and warranty work.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to customers regarding the status of service.
• Generate service tickets for technicians to include all documentation and instructions.
• Coordinate, schedule and dispatch Service Technicians or Subcontractor.
• Serve as liaison between customers and our techs.
• Review completed service tickets, provide detail regarding work performed, hours, rates, etc.
• Monitor status of service and availability of techs and coordinate with superintendents.
• Develop and maintain records regarding service and keep database current and updated.

What is needed for this position

• AA/AS or BA/BS required
• Ability to multi task is critical
• Knowledge of reading house plans helpful
• Desire to take charge of day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with other colleagues and departments.
• Ability to be flexible. Flexibility to adjust priorities.
• Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook - (Microsoft Suite)

** Previous window experience, preferably in the New Construction industry is helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
