Product Development Manager - Custom and Corporate Division

The Madden Corporation manufactures and distributes more than 9,000 products to nearly 2,000 customers throughout Hawai'i.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Product Development and/or Product Management Experience
• Supervisory Experience Required
• Responsible for the conceptualization and product development of all product lines which includes (but not limited to) gifts and souvenirs collections, children toys and accessories, books, calendars, home décor, jewelry, bath and body and resort wear.
• Lead product development coordinators in developing, improving, coordinating, and tracking products through the product development cycle.
• Work in conjunction with multiple departments including creative, sales, marketing and our Hong Kong office.
• Translate competitive market information into recommendations and actions for the product lines specified, including pricing and gross margins recommendations.
• Coordinate with Hong Kong office on manufacturing issues or delays and work internally to find solutions and/or alternatives.

Pay will be based on experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
