Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level cannabis cultivator passionate about cultivating the highest quality medical and adult-use cannabis while embracing Naturleaf’s standard operating procedures.
This full-time position requires working on holidays, weekends, and various shifts that typically span five consecutive days.
Responsibilities Include:
- Plant Propagation
- Transplanting
- Pruning/Crop Maintenance
- Trellising/Training Plants
- Irrigation Monitoring
- Harvesting
Qualifications
- Able to comfortably lift 60+ lbs. while climbing short ladders
- Able to stand and crouch for extended periods on concrete floors
- Able to follow directions, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must possess a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Badge
- Recording data and weighing final products
- 3 years of cannabis cultivation experience
- Reliable transportation required
- All applicants MUST have a CO State-Issued MED badge.
