About the Job - CSI Syteline Developer - manufacturing environment

CSI Syteline Developer* (full-time)* will design, modify, develop and implement software solutions for our business customers. The CSI Syteline Developer will operate in an Agile development environment where requirements can be elusive or evolving. The CSI Syteline Developer will be expected to work with the customer, other constituents and team members to gather and finalize the requirements needed to design the solutions. The CSI Syteline Developer will design, develop, test and implement the software solutions.

A successful CSI Syteline Developer will be expected to perform all required tasks from initial customer inquiry through final acceptance of the solution including but not limited to customer interaction, system design, coding, testing and deployment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Travel: 0 - 10% within the US; Home office required.

Experience required:

  • 3+ years of direct experience in Software Development
  • C# Programming Language (.Net, Visual Studio, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience developing CSI/SyteLine based solutions in SaaS environments.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing and accounting principles.
  • Knowledgeable with MS.NET framework and Visual Studio.
  • Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications.
  • Experience developing business reports with Mongoose Reporting and DataViews.
  • Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers
  • Work together with others as a team
  • Organized and can maintain workload tasks in Synergy’s project software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great personality for interacting with others
  • Prior experience working with a growing organization
  • Independent and self-motivated

Education required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred or equivalent experience preferred

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
