Summary
Upload all Indirect Consumer loans including reviewing documentation for all appropriate loan paperwork, perform QC review of direct loan loading, prepare monthly GAP report for installment loan officer GAP sales, compare new loan loading with daily loan reports from ONBASE, perform backup for direct loan loading, assist with lien releases, assist with returned mail in Installment Loan area.
Job Entry Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, understanding of installment lending and Installment loan documentation procedures, good written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills helpful, 10-key calculator skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Primary Activities

  • Upload all indirect consumer loans, to include reviewing of the loan for all appropriate loan documents
  • Second review of Direct loans that have been uploaded daily
  • Prepare the monthly Gap loan officer report
  • Check new loans that have been uploaded that day and compare report with the new loan report from OnBase the following business day
  • Assist with Direct loan processor when absent
  • Assist with other jobs as needed
  • Assist with lien releases & title pickup
  • Answer phone calls from both customers & branch personnel regarding consumer loans
  • Assist for the Title clerk & Confirmation clerk when absent
  • Handles all returned coupon books and resends to corrected address

Bank Secrecy Act

  • Maintain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing/PATRIOT Act and OFAC regulations
  • To be able to fulfill applicable requirements and responsibilities under the bank’s related policies and programs.
