Summary
Matics Medical Office Services provides comprehensive billing services for behavioral health practices across the United States, including psychotherapy, psychiatry, ABA, and chemical health. Our goal is to support practitioners in running their behavioral health practices, allowing practitioners to focus more on their patient relationships. Our services include accounting, revenue management, practice management, claims, and cost-share billing.
Position Summary
Matics Medical Office Services is looking for a credentialing specialist to join our mission and our small, hardworking team. In this role, you'll be assisting behavioral and mental health practices and their clinicians by managing accounts through efficient, accurate, and professional billing and support services. In addition, this position will assist in the day-to-day operations of Matics Medical Office Services. We are hoping to build out our credentialing department and would love a candidate that is interested in spearheading this project.
Duties and Responsibilities
Knowledge of the credentialing process with medical groups and insurance companies.
Basic knowledge on navigating CAQH, PAVE, and PECOS systems.
Monitor expiring credentials such as Licenses, insurance, etc.
The ability to function independently with minimal direct supervision
Other related duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
