PineCrest is seeking a part-time Courtesy Officer to manage its beautiful main lobby and provide office support. In addition to greeting visitors and maintaining a busy multi-line phone system other duties include:
- Serve as communication hub for visitors, residents and staff.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing, copying and faxing.
- Utilize a POS system for front desk amenity payments.
- Generate work orders related to maintenance and IT request.
- Distribute mail to residents and staff mailboxes.
- Monitor pull-cord and pendant alert systems for possible resident assistance.
- Possibly respond to emergency calls.
