Inside Sales Representative
Well-established lumber company seeks an individual for inside sales.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and maintaining sales of decking, decking fasteners/accessories, and hardwood lumber/flooring. This is a full-time position. Benefits are available after 90 days and compensation is negotiable based on experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Learn and master the company’s products and operational procedures
- Persuasively articulate product benefits to customers relative to their needs via phone
- Learn competition to enhance your sales success
- Proactively create opportunities for new business
•• Build relationships to foster repeat business
- Work with operations as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail
- Responsibility, including consistent punctuality and accountability
- Aggressive, competitive, and committed initiative
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple relationships
- Working knowledge of lumber measurements and basic construction

MUST HAVE LUMBER AND BASIC CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE!

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
