Counter Person

Position

The counter person is responsible for all aspects of customer

Overview

Service at Aunt Berta's Kitchen; maintaining excellent customer Relations. Serving proper food portions, service skills and sound judgment.

Duties and

Greet customers either by walk in, telephone and the drive through in a friendly professional manner.

Responsibilities

Maintain communication with waiting customers.

Thank all departing customers and leave open invitation to return.

Food Preparation includes muffins, desserts, specialty beverages and more.

Inventory and Stock, serving equipment; flatware; plates; trays,

Clean and Prep tables for in-house customers.

Carpets in place.

Soda case filled.

Answer telephone, direct calls and take orders.

Set up Register beginning of shift.

Handle all cash, credit transactions.

Ring out register at end of shift. Count, balance, and record. Prep Cash register drawer for evening shift.

Maintain

Maintain a clean steam table cleaned hourly.

Customer

Clean and straighten work area. Restock, Door Dash, Curbside Delivery

Waiting Area

Stock inventory as needed. Preclosing check list,

Other

Assist with all aspects of the day-to-day activities.

Duties and

All employees are responsible to assist where needed while on

Responsibilities

duty in the areas of dishwashing; cooking; shopping and catering. All employees are required to place all personal belongings in the Designated areas.

All personal items including coats; hats; bags, cell phones etc... are not Permitted in any work area.

All employees are required to wash their hands prior to shift start.

And intermittently throughout the shift.

All employees are required to wear a hat or hairnet.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
