Responsible for developing a network, within a specified region, which enables Cerrowire to bring value to the electrical contractor and positively influence the channel.Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business- or business-related discipline.
5 years of experience in the Electrical Distribution channel required.
Demonstrate trust and integrity, high ethical standards, interpersonal competence and the
ability to prevent, reduce and resolve conflict.Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Motivated team player with the ability to work without direct supervision
Computer experience (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Access / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint / Windows / Word/ PowerBI or similar reporting tools)
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Proven attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely
Able to manage multiple priorities and generate results in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate team and leadership skills: decision making, critical thinking, team building and organization skills.
Ability to travel at least 60% within, and occasionally outside, the assigned territory
High emotional intelligence
Major Responsibility Areas and Duties
Collaborate with the Cerrowire Regional Director’s and Manufacturers reps, to identify opportunities and develop strategies that increase Cerrowire demand, brand awareness as well as brand preference.
Develop and maintain positive contractor relationships, become a resource for innovative solutions, conflict resolution and partnering opportunities
Conduct and attend industry events related to the electrical contractor and electrical inspector communities.
Promote new products with existing customers through product promotions and training.
Share customer feedback and product suggestions to research and development team.
Engage and maintain sales contract negotiations with existing and potential customers.
Set and track sales account targets, keeping aligned with company objectives.
Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
Initiate and conduct Cerrowire plant tours to showcase company’s abilities, people, value, and culture
Work with Technical Salesperson to position Cerro Wire on strategic specifications

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
Ability to sit for long periods of time due to traveling component of the position.
