As a
Contract Negotiator, you will assist in the negotiation and review of payer and direct employer contracts for our Texas ministry.
- Monitor the payer to ensure communication and contract compliance and maintain delegated payer credentialing status.
- Negotiate single case agreements. Support leadership during negotiations.
- Identify payer contract issues and ensure issues are escalated and resolved.
- Provide forecasts and other analytics to ensure effective payer management.
- Assist in monitoring the financial and operational performance of payer contracts. Provide reports and analysis of performance.
- Assist in generating reports and reporting solutions specific to payer relations, managed care and contracting needs.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience preferred.
Experience:
- Experience in healthcare contract negotiations.
