Overview:
Our team is looking for a Manager who will assist in all aspects of content planning, and scheduling for the CBS brand vertical within Paramount+ for library content created for or licensed for the service, including leading brands partnerships with Paramount brands such as CBS, CBS Sports, and CBS News. The candidate will work closely across departments and divisions to deliver innovative creative materials and initiatives designed to support CBS programming. The Manager will also serve as a brand ambassador in their representation across digital platforms including web, mobile, apps, social media, and OTT for Paramount+! This is a hybrid role and can be based out of either the Burbank or New York office.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and project handle onboarding/integration of CBS content into Paramount+
Support content placement decisions across Paramount+ platform (homepage, show pages, brand pages, collections, etc)
Align with the CBS and P+ Marketing teams to assist in the prioritization and planning of all promotional activity around CBS programming within the Paramount brand vertical
Liaise with the Operations team regarding the ingest of CBS content within the service and on Digital/Social platforms
Work with the Product team on the implementation of in-service enhancements
Work with Sales and Integrated Marketing teams to package and implement sponsored features tied to shows
Assist in providing creative direction and guidance on messaging and/or content strategy across mediums by working closely with multi-disciplinary teams (Creative, Marketing, Digital/Social, PR, Video Operations, Curation)
Continually review and monitor data and analytics for CBS content and shift programming strategies as needed in an effort to drive increased engagement, along with communicating performance and data trends with teams
Handles the asset lifecycle of content and interactive features for related shows
Assist with curating brand page, show page, and hub profiles to ensure all programming priorities are accounted for, as well as homepage marquees
Additional curation in collaboration with brand counterparts (i.e., Nickelodeon, MTVE, Movies, etc)
Obtain necessary approvals and clearances to implement promotional and/or content plans
Participate in show support brainstorms with key partners and teams internally
Aid in the creation/management of go-to-market plans and promotions for new and renewed program launches
Support the development of digital content and social strategies in support of programming with the Paramount+ social teams
Assist with the coordination of CBS digital and social amplification on Paramount+ social accounts
Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Key Projects:
Coordinate and launch Entertainment, News & Sports content in the service
Assist with the launch of Original Series Content alongside programming leads within brand vertical
Assist with upfront sales and launch partnerships for original programming

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
4+ years in a programming, strategic marketing, planning or content development role for streaming services, television, feature film or interactive media
Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills with strong attention-to-detail
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex projects across diverse groups or organizations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior executives and external partners
A self-starter, ambitious demeanor who can balance multiple tasks with limited support staff
Strong Google Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills and familiarity with Jira and Slack

Additional Qualifications:
Subscription VOD service experience
Ability to easily interact and collaborate with television production personnel
Diverse experience and skills across creative, project management, product, and data/metrics
Comfort in managing various projects at once in a fast-paced environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $80,000.00 - 95,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
