Hours: Primarily Monday - Friday 11am to 8pm. Requires on call in addition to 12 hour shifts during Black Swan activations.

What You Will Do:
The Consultation Specialist provides consultation, case management, organizational assessments, counseling and coaching to human resource professionals and other management personnel. Provides and manages critical incident rsponse for contracted employers.
What you will need:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, educational psychology or human service field.
- Previous work experience providing direct clinical services.
- Basic computer, clinical writing and documentation skills.
- Current or working towards, and maintain CEAP credential.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills required.
