Job Description:
Perform the functions of construction to complete renovation projects on large and small reconstruction projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in hanging drywall
  • Demonstrate proficiency in drywall finishing to include texturing
  • Must be able to install baseboards and hang doors and trim
  • Must be able to install cabinetry and fixtures
  • Skilled in painting/finish work
Qualifications:
  • Previous construction experience needed
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to meet established production goals and timelines
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
