As part of our commitment to growth, we are expanding our operation and are looking for qualified candidates in the following fields:

• Construction Project Manager

Must be 18 years old to apply.

To be successful in these roles, ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Must have a good attendance record and be passionate about working in a safe manner
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Estimate both conceptual designs and complete designs
• Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
• Review and obtain, if required, bid bond, builder’s risk, building permit, sales tax status and insurance
• Support other department personnel as required
• May review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality, or availability of materials
• Have estimates ready to review 24 hours prior to bid
• Follow estimating standard operating procedures
• Keep records of prior budgets, bids, and project as-built to assist in future decision making and goal setting.
• Review purchase orders and contracts for accuracy in both price and scope of work
• Process and coordinate all project change orders as they occur
• Attend jobsite visits and coordination meetings as required
• Coordinate with production team to drive project schedule
• Coordinate with load out team to drive project delivery schedule
• Coordinate with administrative team to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Process closeout requests and ensure final documentation is submitted for project completion
• Collect and compile client feedback surveys
• Foster relations with past and future clients through business development meetings and educational presentations
• Perform additional assignments per Company direction
• Coordinate engineering and drafting requirement
• Be the P.O.C. on assigned project
• Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
