Project Engineer shall assist the Project Manager and Owner with project control activities for a project in Mid-Manhattan. Candidate shall possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience on construction projects valued above three million dollars, with knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast and cost scheduling, preparation of change order review and the review of payments. Services will include assisting Owner or consultant PM with payment application review, writing minutes of project meetings, preparing regular reports, review of contractors drawings and specs, coordinate permitting issues, field inspections as required, liaison between contractor and architect, update and track project schedule & contract closeout, and other duties related to construction site activities. Candidate will be required to perform site walkthroughs and some contractor coordination as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
