Compliance Specialist

We are searching for an ambitious, highly motivated Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance team. This critical role directly supports our sales teams by ensuring healthcare travelers meet company, facility, federal and state onboarding requirements to work in our client sites. This role directly impacts the growth of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with travelers to collect documents, background checks and additional items needed for qualification.
• Verify and maintain certifications and licensures for travelers.
• Review and edit a specific set of compliance documentation to be included in an overall compliance package for our client facilities
• Ensure all reviewed documents exactly meet the facilities’ requirements.
• Ensure all documents and process adhere to Joint Commission Standards
• Work with internal staff to obtain incomplete information or correct inaccurate documentation prior to submission to client facilities.
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to accurately attend to multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Strong working knowledge of Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Desire to achieve and celebrate success as a team and organization
• Time management prioritization skills
• Courteous and productive demeanor with internal and external business partners

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
