Job Summary:
This role sells and promotes InnovaCare’s VIP Medicare for the Tampa Bay area. Coordinates and delivers formal sales presentations, arranges appointments, makes outbound phone calls to prospects, and generates daily leads at an assigned marketing site.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivates strong relationships with health plans / agents and brokers, senior housing managers, and community partners
- Grassroot marketing to develop new ideas to promote InnovaCare
- Help potential new patients understand our VIP service
- Build a sales pipeline and generate leads from field activities, networking, and referrals
- Upholds a strong field presence and builds relationships within the healthcare industry
- Maintains up to date monthly calendar of events
Skills and Specifications
- Experience in sales
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
- Exceptional communications skills, including public speaking
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail to be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong compassion and empathy for our senior patients
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel & Outlook a plus
- Ability to travel as required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
