In this position you will help our individuals identify and execute their skills and interests for them to have fun and be fully engaged with the community.
- Maintain knowledge of individuals, their goals and support needs.
- Develop an individualized plan of service with each person.
- Document data and notesto adequately show individual's progress toward goals on their service plan.
- Attend and participate in scheduled staff meetings and complete required training.
- Follow assigned schedule.
- Maintain positive relationships and good communication with co-workers, supervisor, and all other employees of Compass Career Solutions.
- Transporting individuals to various community outings across county in personal vehicle.
Education and Experience:
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desired
Skill Sets and Other Requirements:
- Personal transportation required.
- Be in possession of a valid driver license and insurance, including proven safe driving record.
- Self-starter, excellent time management skills, and proactive problem solver
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Perform CPR/FA as needed
Range $19-21/hr
